This tour of our market garden is aimed at existing and aspiring growers and home gardeners. Our market gardener Rosi will explain our approach to growing vegetables using a no dig system to build soil and make the most of our site. Using her background as a facilitator of peer-to-peer learning, she will encourage everybody to chip in their knowledge and experience, making for a very interactive session with plenty of space for questions and discussion.
Small groups (max. 10 persons), £20 per adult. 90 minute duration. This tour is not suited to children (accompanied infants and babies are welcome of course) – see our Achray Farm Tour for alternative family-oriented sessions.
Some events are £0 (free) via Climate Action Callander – supporting rural agriculture and education in Forth Valley.
After the session you’ll be able to pick your own veg and fruit to buy and take home if you like (seasonal availability applies).
No experience needed, just a keen interest in growing veg.
