Ice Cream

Small batch artisan ice cream made from seasonal ingredients and foraged flavours in the Trossachs. You can read about our story in the panels below and in the blog.

Please only walk or cycle to the farm (no cars beyond The Byre Inn) for ice cream, parking in Brig o Turk is behind the village hall (10 mins walk) or at the Glen Finglas Gateway (a mile or so away). There is vehicle parking via the Three Lochs Forest Drive (7 miles one-way from the top of the Dukes Pass) for those on the scenic route.

We’re OPEN again now from 31 May 2022.

Ice cream season is late May to October — keep an eye on social media for news.
Our usual times are around the other farm activities 11:00am to 5:30 – weather permitting.
For the school holidays and sunny weather we’ll be open all week but closed Mondays if it’s very poor, cold or rainy weather to give us time to catch up on other jobs here. We have seating at the farm and you may see the goats out in the fields or grazing on the Forest Drive.
