
Small batch artisan ice cream and sorbet made from seasonal ingredients and foraged flavours in the Trossachs. You can read more about the process and provenance or our product on the image panels below. New for 2024 are our hands-on Ice Cream Workshops.
Please only walk or cycle to the farm (no cars beyond The Byre Inn) for ice cream, parking is available at Brig o’ Turk is (behind the village hall, 12 mins walk) or at the Glen Finglas Gateway (a mile or so away). There is also vehicle access via the Three Lochs Forest Drive (7 miles one-way from the top of the Dukes Pass) for those wanting a scenic route and time in the forest.

Sept 2025: Weekend Opening – 11am to 4:30pm. Check back or message about potential October opening times.
Opening times are usually around the other farm activities – weather permitting (later on busy/sunny days).
For the school holidays we’ll be open all week, plus weekends and sunny days (almost always!). We have seating at the farm and you may see the goats out in the fields or grazing on the Forest Drive.
